If you suffer from back pain, your movement habits might be contributing to the strain on your spine. The Feldenkrais Method aims to retrain habits by guiding you through a series of slow, controlled movements and exercises. The movements are designed to encourage greater flexibility and coordination in your body, specifically targeting the areas affected by back pain.

In this workshop you will learn gentle yet powerful processes that allow you to recognize and release areas of tension and musculoskeletal imbalance, reducing pain and also improving your posture.

When you have a deeper understanding of your body, you will feel empowered to actively participate in your pain management and achieve long-lasting relief.
