Registering an account

I have recently changed the scheduling system software that handles my booking system.

Your previous account password & username will no longer work with this new system.

If you would like an account to track your appointments, a new account will have to be created.

This guide will assist you in setting up a new account and other questions about our new software system.

In order to initially register for an account, an appointment will have to be made.  An account can not be created without first booking an appointment.

Clients can register by clicking Register for an account while viewing the confirmation at the end of the booking process.

You need to create a password, agree to the terms of service, and acknowledge the privacy policy.

Once you click Sign up, you’re ready to start using your client account.

Clients can log in when booking an appointment to view your upcoming appointments, lessons and packages/subscriptions.

You can also register or view your account by clicking on the link in the confirmation email that you will receive upon booking an appointment.

Resetting your password

You can reset your password, if you have created an account on the new system.

If you have not created a new account, the ‘reset my password’ will not work.

If you do not receive an email to reset your password, please go through the steps above to create an account, and/or double check the email address that you are trying to reset the password for.

To reset your password, please click on the ‘Log in’ button on the booking screen

Enter your email that you used to create the account, and then click on ‘Forgot Password’

An email will be sent to you to reset the password, if the email entered has a valid and active account.

If you do not receive an email to reset your password, please do the following:

  1. Check your spam folder,
  2. Double check the email account that you entered on the ‘Forgot password’ page for spelling errors,
  3. Create an account on the new system.
