In an online session on Zoom, they use highly trained observation skills to suggest gentle exploratory movements to help you find freedom from compulsive, imprisoning patterns. The practitioner communicates opportunities for change in their client’s organization with verbally guided movement and also self-touch. This kind of subtle, supportive attention is rarely felt and is deeply nourishing and relaxing.
