Sitting with Pleasure and Less Effort Part 1

Too much computer, too much zoom, too much sitting, too much lying on the couch… too much back, neck and hip pain?

Imagine someone you haven’t seen in a while popping into your room and giving you a hug – could you get up spontaneously from your chair and hug them back? Regardless of whether they are coming from the right or the left?

Do you fall into your chair or do you float into your chair?
Consider how many hours a day you are sitting, in front of the computer, in the car, on the sofa, meditating….Have you ever thought that you could learn to sit in a more dynamic and active way? That sitting could be pleasurable and feel supportive and easy? No more back, hip or neck pain?
